Family Adventure Days: Food for Thought

July 20, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Go on a special tour of Making Connecticut! Through pretend play, families will fish in a canoe, cook in a colonial kitchen, and grind corn using a mortar and pestle. Then, families can make their own butter to take home!

Thanks to Connecticut Summer at the Museum, this program is FREE for Connecticut children age 18 and under plus one accompanying Connecticut resident adult. This program is great for children ages 5 and up, and you do not need to pre-register. For more information, please contact Katerina Mazzacane, Youth and Family Programs Manager, at 860-236-5621 x222, or email [email protected].
