Hartford Past, Present, and Future: Placemaking, Urban Renewal and Historic Preservation

November 18, 2014 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Drawing on his experience with the Civic Center redevelopment project in the 1970s,  and now again with the XL Center’s renovation, speaker Frank Russo will discuss ongoing strategies to link the best of Hartford’s past with its dynamic future. Join a discussion with Frank Hagaman, Executive Director of the Hartford Preservation Alliance, and Jackie Gorsky Mandyck, Managing Director, iQuilt Partnership, about how to encourage people not only to visit Hartford, but to live in the vibrant, emerging city Hartford is becoming. This program is FREE to attend, bring your lunch and enjoy the program.
